• We kindly ask you to remember to fill out your LATEST shipping deadline (date your order will be handed to the delivery service), considering a MINIMUM of 2 working days for delivery (under normal circumstances). Selecting a shipping deadline with sufficient time for your order to arrive is your responsibility . Shipping costs are calculated once all your details are filled in and the preferred shipping option is selected. Once your order has been dispatched we can't be held responsible for shipping delays or other logistical issues with the delivery service.
• If your order is a Rush Order / Spoed Order(shipping or picking up WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS - note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days ):
  • CONTACT US FIRST to see if we have the possibility to complete your order within the timeframe, failure to do so can lead to us cancelling your order if there is no availability to fullfill your order due to the current workload.
  • Once we have confirmed please select the Rush Order option , due to the extra work and planning these orders bring with them an additional charge of 15% per item is applicable.
• Once you received the email stating your order status has been updated to "Processing" you are no longer able to cancel your order, each of our handmade products is tailored to your wishes , design has been started and materials and time have been allocated to the execution of your order.
  
• When you receive a design proposal which requires some changes, this is possible ( with a maximum of 2 changes ) however: you must reply on short notice and within normal working hours. IF NO REPLY IS RECEIVED WITHIN 12 HOURS WE WILL PRESUME THE DESIGN IS APPROVED AS SUBMITTED AND WE WILL START PRODUCTION.
• Colours shown on the website and design(s) submitted to you for approval are "on screen colours", so be aware that slight colour differences are possible once you receive the final product.
• Product images are purely examples of the product, whenever you order something this will be designed as per your specific wishes.

In no way does ChiXclusive claim ownership of the images that may be displayed on our products, if you believe any of our displayed images violate copyrights you are kindly requested to let us know and the image will be taken down immediately.
